医学博士,留美博士后。神经病学主任医师、教授、博士生导师。首都医科大学附属北京天坛医院神经内科癫痫专业组组长,脑血管病转化医学北京市重点实验室副主任,北京脑重大疾病研究院兼任教授。同济医科大学神经病学博士,密苏里大学医学院神经科学博士后和研究员,华盛顿大学成人癫痫中心临床神经生理专家。美国癫痫和中风协会会员。中国医师协会神经内科分会癫痫疾病专业委员会委员。国家和北京市自然科学基金评审专家,北京市科委项目评审专家。《慢性病学杂志》编委及多家国际SCI杂志审稿专家。主要从事癫痫的神经电生理、神经影像及脑血管病的神经药理学研究。主持国家自然科学基金面上项目2项,发表学术论文50 多篇,其中SCI 收录20篇,参与出版著作4部。

主要从事以下几方面研究:1.神经药理:植物多酚化合物及其衍生物神经保护作用及机制研究。研究拟首先合成新的优化的Apocynin和Resveratrol结构衍生物;然后筛选比较这些化合物的光稳定性、血脑屏障通透性、抗氧化、抗炎活性以及保护缺血再灌注和癫痫发作脑损伤的作用;最后利用局灶脑缺血再灌注模型和颞叶癫痫模型,结合原代神经元和星型胶质细胞或小胶质细胞培养,通过药理干预,从体外与体内两个层面阐明这些化合物作用的新靶点和新机制,为植物多酚化合物衍生物临床转化防治脑损伤提供理论证据。对于促进我国植物药物的开发和利用,研发具有自主知识产权的神经保护新药具有重要意义。2.神经电生理:基于宽频脑电图大数据的颞叶难治性癫痫致痫区定位系统的开发。深度学习是一类从数据中自动分析获得规律,并利用规律对未知数据进行预测的算法。目前已有一些研究将深度学习应用在电生理数据分析上,它们应用卷积神经网络解码任务相关的EEG数据、在不同脑机接口任务中对EEG信号进行分类,均表现优异。因此我们拟解决的临床问题是:如何基于颞叶难治性癫痫患者头皮EEG大数据应用具有领域知识及多源信息融合的深度学习算法进行快速、精准的致痫区定位。3.神经影像:基于像电磁一体化的多模态脑网络研究在癫痫术前评估中的应用。近年来,随着同步EEG-fMRI、同步EEG-MEG等技术的发展,多模态功能影像研究在癫痫的研究领域中已取得了一系列成果。利用不同模态的数据,结合多种计算机模型及算法,进行脑网络的构建,可以从不同角度、不同机制反映癫痫网络的特征及内在联系,全面、深入地探究癫痫的神经生理机制,对癫痫的发生、传导、演变进行精确定位和描绘。本项目采用像电磁一体化多模态神经影像学技术,研究癫痫的脑结构和功能神经网络,开发基于像电磁一体化技术的癫痫灶精确定位方法,进一步研究手术对难治性癫痫神经网络的干预作用及预后预测。
